The KCSB Media Center is open to all undergraduate students with or without media production experience.
The KCSB Media Center is a member organization loosely modeled on co-op principles. What that means specifically for the Media Center is that the organization welcomes all undergraduate students who are willing to accept the responsibilities of membership in exchange for the respectful use of the Media Center’s gear and its facilities. We provide training and workshops in journalism, video and audio production and editing on iMovie or Final Cut Studio. Media Center members in good standing may also check out field production equipment and use the in-house edit stations.
